So, lots of random things to report:
Nate's sister, Bre, turned 17 years old! Had a fun family surprise party for her.
Wonderful Easter with my mom and dad. Nate was working. My mom made us a yummy dinner, the kids went on an Easter egg hunt, then Nikosha taught us a lesson on the Christ's life and resurrection. Just a perfect Easter.
The day after Easter Papa went into the hospital and we found out he had a perforated bowel and he wasn't a candidate for surgery. We had 3 days left to give our love to Papa in this life. (I was so glad for the opportunity to reflect on the resurrection that Sunday before and be reminded that we will all be resurrected and be together again.) What a wonderful man he was! I am so grateful he was able to come live in Idaho for the last year and a half of his life. We will miss him so much, but we also know he has gone to be with Booma and they are in a happier place.
We left for Disneyland the following Saturday. Took a lot more pictures, but haven't had time to go through them all yet, so this is all you get for now. We went with Nate's brother, Roman, his wife, Roberta, and their 3 kids. We had a blast!!!
