Body for Life

I know these are extremely embarrassing pictures, but I had a ton of people who asked to see them, so here are our before and after pictures after completing the 12-week Body For Life challenge. I'm kind of disappointed that we never did get these entered into the competition because we were in the middle of moving and the computer was all packed up and life was just a little too crazy to write an essay, but regardless, we had fun doing it and were pretty happy with the results. (More pictures of our crazy, busy summer to come!)

Baptism, Birthdays, and Soccer

We had a great time in Utah, where our niece Tatyana was baptized and in the same weekend we had a birthday party at Chucky Cheese for my other niece and nephew. That was a whole lot of partying for one weekend! So much fun! Roberta's mom, Marilene made both of those amazing cakes. Alyssa's birthday picture (classic green frosting face) Kyler's having fun in this picture, but he cried most of the time because he was afraid of Chucky Cheese and the other fake animals. (too funny) Kenzi and Katelyn both started playing soccer. Katelyn is doing super-duper good!! She had 3 goals in her first game! But I've forgotten to take pictures because I have so much fun watching her, so pictures of Katelyn in soccer to come... Kenzi on the other hand would only go out on the field one day because I told her I needed some pictures of her playing soccer. She's the only girl on her team and everyone is so super-sweet to her. I think she only likes to play for the attention she gets. lol

Easter

My mom had an Easter egg hunt at her house for all of her Idaho grandkids. The kids were being pretty silly with their "baskets." Some of my crazy kids were in their swimming suits because they were going to sit in the hottub afterward. I think it's so fun that my poor grandpa from Arizona is freezing with a hat and blanket and everything and my kids have their swimming suits, a jacket, and some flipflops on. It was a lot of fun, though!!
